What You Need to Know

1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS
Domestic Shipping:
Standard (3-5 Business Days): $9.99
2. PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 2 business day(s) excluding weekends and public holidays. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.
3. CANCELLATIONS
After an order is submitted, processing begins and the order cannot be canceled. If there are questions about canceling an order, please contact us.
4. RETURNS
Returns will be accepted within 14 day(s) from the original purchase date. Items must be returned unused and in original condition. Some items, such as items on sale, or custom sizes, may be ineligible for returns. All filter media replacements sales are final and not eligible for returns.
If a return is accepted only the product value will be refunded. Shipping paid is non-refundable.
5. DELAYED ORDERS
In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller’s liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item’s status.
6. DAMAGED ORDERS
Purity Air is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
7. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
The TSA (Transportation Security Administration) has restrictions on what items can be shipped through air transportation in the US. As such, any unauthorized items for air shipment may require a different shipping method.

Our Return Policy
The Small Print
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty at Purity Air
About Our Policy
Purity Air Offers a Manufacture Warranty on our EverFilter™ Filter Frames. If your product is damaged or defective upon delivery due to fault of the manufacture we will replace your product free of charge. EverFilter™ filter frame is a lifetime filter and will last for the lifetime of your HVAC system. If your EverFilter™ fails to last for the entirety of your HVAC systems life we will replace your EverFilter™ free of charge.
Products damaged due to misuse or intentional damage will not be covered under the Manufacture Warranty.
The EverFilter™ Filter Frames are the only product with a lifetime guarantee, filter media and any other products offered are not covered under this warranty unless stated otherwise.
